1. User Identity & Account Registry
By initializing an account within DataSwift, you agree to provide authentic registration parameters (email and identity flags) and accept total responsibility for keeping your access credentials secure. Any unauthorized usage vector originating from your terminal profile must be brought to our immediate attention.
2. Premium Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Certain advanced analytics, performance modules, and extended storage limits are available as paid premium features or one‑time in‑app credit purchases. All transactions are processed securely through the Store billing system or supported web payment providers. The platform operates on a pay‑as‑you‑go credit model, there are no monthly or yearly subscription charges.
3. Refund Architecture & Processing Policy
All credit purchases made within the platform are final. Refund requests are reviewed in accordance with our console policies. Since the system operates on a pay‑as‑you‑go credit model, unused or partially used credits are not eligible for prorated refunds or adjustments.
4. Zero Financial Advisory & Trading Risk Allocation
AlphaLog is strictly an accounting, mathematical analysis, and performance telemetry software. We do not offer financial guidance, strategy recommendations, or commercial investment advising services. Live financial market trading involves substantial technical risk. AlphaLog assumes zero legal or financial liability for real-world capital drawdowns, execution slips, or account liquidations experienced by the user while interacting with our tracking data metrics.
5. System Parameters & Forbidden Usage
You are explicitly prohibited from leveraging the application platform architecture to transmit fraudulent telemetry data, launch distributed automation attacks, or mirror our user interface frameworks. We reserve the absolute operational right to freeze or terminate user access if structural manipulation or metric forging vectors are detected on your client params.
6. System Adjustments & Workspace Iterations
We consistently optimize our platform pipelines. We reserve the operational authority to update pricing arrays, structural tier metrics, or access regulations at any time. Continued iteration and authentication check-ins following a terms update constitute binding acceptance of the updated framework layout.
